General home cleaning so your home is all ready for your move in or ready to be inspected by the landlord.

- Will wipe down the inside and outside of all vanities in bathrooms, pulling bottom drawer Out to clean behind it.
- Will clean light fixtures over vanities in bathroom (remove protective cover), clean out medicine cabinet and set shelves.
- Will remove all stickers and glue residue from tubs, toilets and shower stall glass & pan. Remove felt pieces from mirrors and clean inside of medicine cabinet.
- Will vacuum then damp mop all bathroom, tile, hardwood and linoleum floors removing any glue or residue on floors.
- Will wipe down all door knobs, hinges, outlet and light switch covers to remove paint and drywall mud.
- Will clean and vacuum under firebox of fireplace, wipe down fireplace facing, glass and Mantle and oil the fireplace surround if it is slate.
- Will dust then wipe down all stair railings.
- Will clean inside and outside of all overhead lights that are accessible with a three step Ladder and clean all ceiling fans that can be reached with a 3 step ladder or extension wand.
- Will wipe down all baseboards, chair railings and interior door facings and remove any Marks from doors (ie, fingerprints or black marks).
- Will clean out slider tracks, opening the slider to also get the outside track and clean all door Threshold. (ie: front door, garage door and basement door).
- Will clean and shine all mirrors, plumbing fixtures, shower rods, towel bars, paper holders, shower doors and tub and shower pans.
- Will clean kitchen countertops, sinks, tops , inside and outside of cabinets. - Will remove protective coverings, tape and inserts from appliances and put all warranty information in a designated kitchen drawer.
- Will vacuum out floor vents, install vent covers and vacuum all carpets, including edging around all rooms and closets.
- Will vacuum and wipe out washer and dryer hook up, wipe off the furnace, hot water heater and sweep the unfinished basement areas.
